On-going Construction & Possible Delays
Community of Eastlake Thursday, July 29th, 2010Otay Lakes Road and East H Street near Southwestern College
Road widening and recycled water pipeline construction continues on Otay Lakes Road from Ridgeback Drive to Telegraph Canyon Road and on East H Street west of Otay Lakes Road. Lane closures may reduce the number of travel lanes to one during non-peak hours.
Intermittent overnight work will also be required at some intersections. Expect intermittent delays at the intersection of Otay Lakes Road and East H Street.
Work will continue into Fall 2010.
