Eastlake 9/10 U Little League Crowned District 42 Champions
Undefeated and going into their final game of the district tournament, the 9/10 Eastlake Little League beat rival Sweetwater Valley 8-5 to be crowned as District 42 champions.
The team, led by Manager, Doug Holman, got into a hole early from an early Sweetwater Valley homerun, but the team maintained their composure and slowly came back beating the Little League rival from Bonita, California.
Congratulations to Manager, Doug Holman, and the following players.
Daniel Amon, Patrick Archer, Kevin Bateman, Jake Espinoza, Moto Hafuka, Dominic Haley, Grant Holman, Nick Mora, Austin Slike, Rick Tibbett, Micah Wiggs and Rennard Williams.
The 9/10 team will play the 9/10 District 66 champions this Saturday at Spring Valley Little League at 3:30 PM for the Sectional 7 Tournament.
