Burlgary Alert near SWC during daytime
Chula Vista Police Department is alerting residents in the Southwestern College area to recent daytime home burglaries.
Suspects have been seen driving a white van, and a Silver Nissan Armada.
The suspects have been carrying backpacks and have been targeting electronics and jewelry items.
Residents should make sure they lock their doors and windows and to be wary of strangers knocking on doors.
Anyone with information on these crimes or who observes suspicious activity should call CVPD at 691-5151.
