Olympian Saints Junior Football Registration Extended

REGISTRATION FEES:
$130 for Cheer (does not include cheer uniform)
$230 for Flag
$290 for Tackle ($25 discount for siblings)

Payment plans available – minimum of $75 at registration
CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY
Players will not be placed on a team until account is settled.
Football equipment will NOT be issued until registration fee is paid in full.

Required documentation: Player Contract (+ copies) Original Birth Certificate (+ 3 copies) 2 Proofs of Residency Physicals due prior to first day of practice.
