Aquatica SeaWorld Waterpark in Chula Vista opens; features updated water slides, animal encounters

The water park in Chula Vista, renovated with a South Seas theme by SeaWorld San Diego, opened to the public Saturday.

Called Aquatica SeaWorld Waterpark, the facility includes spruced-up water slides, new lush landscaping and up-close animal encounters.
