Over-the-top fan fare is an understatement when it comes to Lucha Libre wrestling, the high-flying Mexican wrestling spectacular that combines exciting aerial maneuvers and extraordinary acrobatics with flamboyant characters and outlandish story lines. In this light, The Gonzalez Sports Academy will be hosting its own “WrestlingMania 2012 Lucha Libre” on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 6:00pm, to benefit the Athletes of the Future Foundation.
All the participating fighters are from San Diego, including Rey Misterio Jr., Damian 666, and Dr. Wagner.
There will be 4 bouts throughout the evening. Tickets are $30 for Adult VIP which includes a non-alcoholic drink, General Admission is $20, Child VIP is $15 which includes a bag of popcorn, and Child General Admission is $10.
