Join over 220 Chula Vista residents that have completed home energy upgrades and received incentives up to $4,000 through the Chula Vista Home Upgrade, Carbon Downgrade program. Typical improvements have included more efficient insulation, air conditioners, furnaces, tankless water heaters, and windows.
Residents can also take advantage of 0%-interest loans to pay for the energy upgrades.
