Passport Services Moves to Chula Vista Library

Looking to take a trip overseas this summer? Beginning June 9, the Chula Vista Library will be offering one-stop passport and photo services Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Passport application services are available at the Civic Center branch library located at 365 F Street.
“Summer travel season is here. We are happy to offer this needed service in a customer-friendly location close to home”, said Library Director, Betty Waznis.
Applicants can prepare their necessary paperwork before they arrive for their appointment. Pick up an application at the Civic Center Library or download the form at www.travel.state.gov
Fees, payable by check or money order only, are as follows:
Passport Books for adults ages 16 years or older are valid for 10 years. Costs include a $110 federal fee plus a $25 City of Chula Vista fee for processing. Passport Books for children 16 years old or younger are valid for five years. Costs include a $80 federal fee plus a $25 City of Chula Vista fee for processing. Passport photos are available for $15.
