Undefeated and going into their final game of the district tournament, the 9/10 Eastlake Little League beat rival Sweetwater Valley 8-5 to be crowned as District 42 champions.
The team, led by Manager, Doug Holman, got into a hole early from an early Sweetwater Valley homerun, but the team maintained their composure and slowly came back beating the Little League rival from Bonita, California.

On Saturday, July 2nd, 2011, Eastlake’s Juniors won 12-0, against Chula Vista American.
Eastlake’s 12 and Under team threw a no-hitter and won 6-1 against Chula Vista National.
Eastlake’s 10U won 8-2 over rival Sweetwater Valley.
