Missing female- 79-yrs, Gene Palacios last seen 11 a.m., 900 block Somerset, 5’2″, 130lbs, gray hair, blue outfit.

The Chula Vista Police Department is requesting assistance in locating this missing elderly adult.

Gene Palacios is afflicted with dementia and was last seen at about 11 a.m. on the 900 block of Somerset Court in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista.

Gene Palacios was last seen wearing an off-white colored jacket, a navy blue sweater with an anchor logo, navy blue shirt and navy blue pants. Ms. Palacios is visiting and unfamiliar with the area.
